We had a wonderful experience at Visalia Post Acute when my dad stayed there for two weeks in July. From the very beginning, the staff made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier for our family. I especially want to recognize Breanne, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the admission process. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and compassionate, and she made sure everything was organized and went as smoothly as possible. She was always available to answer my questions and made me feel like my dad was in good hands. During a difficult and emotional time for our family, having someone like Breanne to guide us through the process made a huge difference. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out to me. Mayra from Social Services was also amazing. She was very helpful, caring, and always willing to assist us whenever we needed something. Julia at the front desk was warm and welcoming, and Michelle was also incredibly helpful in coordinating several things for us during my dad’s stay. Everyone we interacted with was caring, respectful, and professional. My dad received both PT and OT, and he did very well during his time there. It was comforting to know he was receiving the therapy, attention, and support he needed. I truly appreciate the entire team at Visalia Post Acute for making my dad’s stay a positive experience and for making things easier for our family. I would definitely recommend this facility to other families, and I would absolutely choose Visalia Post Acute again if we ever need their services in the future. Thank you to the entire team, especially Breanne, Mayra, Julia, and Michelle, for everything you do! ❤️
My dad was placed here on hospice, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a more compassionate and caring staff. The nurses were absolutely amazing throughout his stay. Emily was incredibly kind and took the time to listen, showing genuine compassion without ever judging my dad. She also spent time talking with our family, making sure we were okay and answering every question we had. Val was wonderful with my dad. She was so gentle, treated him with such dignity and care, and during his final days went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable while also supporting our family. We will always be grateful for everything she did. Courtney and Angela were also exceptional. They took great care of my dad and made sure he was always comfortable and well cared for. During one of the hardest times in our lives, the kindness, compassion, and dedication of the entire staff made an incredible difference. Thank you all for everything you did for my dad and our family. We will never forget your care.
